Stan was born and raised in West Michigan. He and his wife, Judy, have been blessed with three children, and, to date three awesome grandchildren (hopefully there will be more). Stan has found a home in the real estate market because of his desire to work with and help people realize their dreams.

Jan Zimmerman, a life long resident of West Michigan, has invested herself in her family, church, community, business and ministry. Her many involvements have included:

  • Director of the Annual Grand Haven Christmas Arts and Crafts Show - 15 years
  • Road Manager and Sales Coordinator for author and speaker Jennie Afman Dimkoff - 10 years to present
  • Past Women's Ministry Director
  • BSF Leadership - 10 years
  • Speak Up With Confidence leadership seminar staff member
  • Currently works with the "Surf City" Children's Program at Watermark Church

In addition to the above involvements, Jan owned and operated her own retail sales business for twenty years. Her commitment to "quality" kept her customers coming back year after year. Her favorite part of the job was the interaction she had with customers as she helped them to choose just the right product.

Selling real estate has been a life-long dream for Jan, and her choice to work as an agent for the reputable Prudential Clyde Hendrick Real Estate Agency has been a great fit.  In July of 2008 Jan teamed up with Stan Sikkenga another experienced Prudential agent.  As a team Stan and Jan have experienced what Ecclesiastes 4:9 talks about, "Two can accomplish more than twice as much as one, for the results can be much better."   Stan and Jan have the same goals, values, and love for helping people, with a bonus of having lots of fun in the process.
